Requirement

• MBBS Degree: The minimum requirement is a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from a recognized medical college in India.
• Postgraduate Degree/Diploma: MD/MS in relevant specializations such as Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Anesthesiology, or Emergency Medicine.
• Specialized training or certification in Acute Care, Critical Care, or Emergency Medicine can be advantageous.
• Medical Council of India (MCI) Registration: The practitioner must be registered with the MCI or the respective State Medical Council, allowing them to legally practice medicine in India.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Internship: Completion of a mandatory 1-year rotating internship as part of the MBBS program.
• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., ICU, Emergency Department, or Acute Care units).
• Proficiency in interpreting diagnostic tests and results.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Dedication to maintaining a high standard of patient safety and quality of care.
